Description: ST. MICHAEL PARISH. The traditional Bajan beer is Banks, a hugely popular brew by any standard. A tour of this small brewery will show you just how it's made. The "Brewseum" has a lot of fun and interesting memorabilia and provides all sorts of insight into the history of the brewery. At the end of the tour, guests get to sample the finished products (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). Transportation to and from the brewery can also be arranged.

Foursquare Rum Distillery & Heritage Park

Description: ST. PHILIP PARISH. This distillery is the island's first since the 1800s. Located on 8 acres of the former Foursquare Plantation, a centuries-old molasses and sugar plantation. Some of the buildings on the site were built in the 17th century. The distillery produces the well regarded Foursquare Spiced Rum. Also on the property is a café serving refreshments, a small folk museum with exhibits about early plantation life, and a shopping area displaying Bajan crafts.
